God's Word has a remarkable way of reaching people in the most unexpected places and circumstances. From a Brazilian nurse whose passed-along New Testament eventually led her entire family to faith, to a Siberian fisherman who found a Bible that literally fell from the sky, Scripture continues to change lives across the globe. Local believers in places like Syria, Jordan, and Cameroon are carrying the Gospel into regions where outside missionaries cannot safely go. A former gang member in Nigeria became a pastor after reading a New Testament he grabbed while fleeing a robbery, and the woman he sat beside at dinner was the girl who threw it at him. God does not need perfect conditions or grand gestures. He simply needs faithful people who are willing to put His Word in motion. The question worth asking is whether we will be among those willing to take that one step of obedience.
